Once we have received your booking form and
deposit we will endeavour to arrange your holiday exactly
as instructed. If, for any reason, we find that is impossible,
we will contact you for instructions.
In the unlikely event of being unable
to arrange a suitable holiday (a rare situation) then we will
refund all monies in full.

PROTECTION
We operate a CLIENTS TRUST ACCOUNT so
that monies belonging to customers are protected by law in
accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and
Package Tours regulations 1992.

Non flight based holidays covered by our ABTA bond, ABTA V1619.
All flight inclusive holidays (where we arrange and include flights as part of a package) are covered by our ATOL bond, ATOL 3210.
